Solemar Nautica may use the personal information for advertising, informational or promotional initiatives, as well as to allow participation in prize contests or other activities promoted by Solemar Nautica, including through the use of information technology and telecommunications instruments, though always in compliance with the methods and procedures capable of ensuring the privacy of said information.
